Robb Baer began his Community Management career in 1998 as the CFO of IPM Corporation. In 2003 he transitioned into his current role as Vice President of Operations/CFO. 

His background and experience is in public accounting (Tax and Auditing); he is also past Company Controller of a national manufacturing business. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration for accounting from Western Carolina University. 

Robb has earned the highest designation – PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Robb is an active member of the CAI’s Legislative Action Committee (LAC) whose charge is to monitor legislation relating to community associations and to disseminate information regarding such legislation to North Carolina CAI members. He is the past President of the CAI North Carolina Chapter, was Chairman for the CAI’s National Law Day event (2 years in a row), and is also a National Faculty member of CAI.  Robb is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and holds a North Carolina Brokers License.
