Ted’s real estate management career spans nearly 30 years and includes a background in both commercial and residential management. His experience has included high rise and large scale resort and destination communities from oceanfront to mountain including Mountain Air Property Owners Association where he served as general manager from 1999 through 2005. His expertise includes project management, disaster preparation and recovery, community governance and documentation.
Ted has been active member of Urban Land Institute, Institute of Real Estate Management, National Association of Homebuilders and American Society of Association Executives. Ted holds the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is past president of the Carolina’s Chapter and Austin, Texas Chapter. Ted serves on the national faculty of CAI and teaches community association courses throughout the nation. In 1995 Ted received CAI’s Educator of the Year award. Ted holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in economics and international business and an MBA from Rollins College and Roy E. Crummer School of Finance.
