Though well defined, our staffing and operational systems are sufficiently dynamic to allow for changes in community leadership, organizational changes, re-focused goals and changing economic climate.
IPM management staff is trained in developing and executing community goals in cooperation with Board and Committee leadership using the SMART goal development system (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely).
