has your company been in business?
Answer: IPM was founded in 1986.
Question: How much experience
does your company have?
Answer: Our senior management leadership team has
over 190 years of combined experience.
Question: Does IPM provide
only full management services?
Answer: In addition to full community management,
IPM provides accounting services, community association consulting
services and expert witness services.
Question: Which licenses or
certifications do your managers have?
Answer: Each member of our leadership teams
holds a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) ® designation
from the Community Association Institute (CAI). All community managers
are required to achieve professional industry designations which is paid
for through the IPM education reimbursement benefits program.
Additional designations held by IPM staff include CPM® through the
Institute of Real Estate Management and MPM & PPM through the
National Association of Residential Property Managers.
Question: To which
professional organizations does your company belong?
Answer: a) The Community Associations
Institute. IPM holds an Accredited Association Management Company
(AAMC)® accreditation from CAI.
b) The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). IPM holds a
Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) accreditation from
NARPM.
Question: What are your company’s office hours?
Answer: The office is open from 8:30 AM until 5:00
PM EST Monday through Friday. Coverage for emergencies is provided
24/7.

Where can you provide community management services?
Answer: IPM is able to provide community
management services in virtually any region or location through
application of three primary principles:
1. Hire and retain great

retain through training systems, a great benefits package and

operational systems: Our web based operational and communications
systems is limited only by connectivity.

Question: Does IPM offer club
management services?
Answer: IPM does not provide club management
services. Although our leadership team includes managers with many
years of club management experience, our client/partners have enjoyed
greater value in our service when we focus strictly on providing the
very best in community association management services. IPM works along
side of great club management operations and maintains close
relationships with outstanding club operators.
Question: Can IPM manage
the Architectural Review Process?
Answer: Yes. IPM provides architectural review
administration services. IPM has created a highly effective
administrative process that ensures close attention to detail with
design review, communications, filing, site inspection and follow-up.
