Tammy Jones is IPM vice President of Operations with oversight of properties surrounding the Western North Carolina/South Carolina area. Her twenty-year experience in commercial and residential management has been primarily focused on community association management.
Tammy holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Manger Specialists (AMS) and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations through the Community Associations Institute. She also holds real estate broker licensing in Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Prior to joining IPM, Tammy ran a highly successful community management company office in the Savannah, Georgia area.
She has been active in the Community Associations Institute and twice earned chapter recognition in the “Soar to New Heights” membership campaign and was awarded the prestigious CAI-NC Portfolio Manager of the Year award in 2010. She has also served as President of the Boulder, Colorado Apartment Association.
Tammy and her husband enjoy living in the mountains of Western North Carolina where they are active in the Southeastern Newfoundland Club (SENC) and serve on the SENC Rescue Board of Directors.
